VirtualMail.ai starts after a document is already digital. It does not replace the mailbox, the scanner, or the person accountable for the outcome.
1. Capture the file you are allowed to hold
Upload a PDF or text file into a business workspace. The demo accepts synthetic samples. A live workspace will require an authenticated member, a size limit, and a private file store.
2. Read a proposal with the sentence attached
The current adapter uses local rules to propose a sender, a document type, amounts, dates, and a next step. Each field keeps the line it came from. If the file has no readable text, the item fails instead of receiving a made-up summary.
3. Confirm, correct, or leave it alone
A reviewer confirms a suggested action before it becomes a task. Viewers can look when invited. Nothing is paid, filed, forwarded, or marked satisfied by the software.
